At Lil' Einsteins we center our curriculum around thematic units which align with early
childhood standards and the NAEYC guidelines.  (National Association for the Education of
Young Children)  Our teachers hold degrees in Education and hold current Arizona State
Certificates.  Due to our small ratios we are able to accommodate the needs of varied
learners in the classroom.  This allows us to give much needed attention and direction to
our children to assure mastery of the curriculum and feel the sense of pride and
accomplishment associated with this.  To meet the needs of every child our curriculum
ranges from Pre-K to 1st grade.
